I've been a client of Blow Hair for 3+ years and always had great experiences, which is why I've been coming back.
This time, I got my blonde hair lightened in a balayage faded style as I wanted that Scandinavian look, which was the same as my usual. The stylist said sure, and began working her color magic.
My hair color looks WONDERFUL and felt great on the first day, however since a few washes and the olaplex being washed away I realize it has been burnt badly ...and it just keeps falling out each time I brush it (very) gently :'( The lightest parts also don't really feel like my hair anymore... It's like stretchy... And snaps very easily?! I saw warning signs already when my stylist was combing my hair in the basin and hair just kept coming out in the comb, but I wasn't sure how the process worked so I ignored it. Since a few washes, and losing quite a bit of hair, I've had to get my hair cut quite a bit shorter which is devastating considering I'm trying to grow it longer
I really wanted to leave a nice review as I felt bad about my situation, but I just can't hide something like this. Hopefully there are improvements here forward, but unfortunately because of this my trust has been lost and I won't be returning :-(
